Yvonne Calvert Miller, born April 16, 1936 to Lelia Mae and Milton Milus “Bo” Calvert, peacefully passed on surrounded by her children September 24, 2026 in Waco.

Yvonne and Gene shared sixty seven years of marriage with her fulfilling her passion for drawing by designing and Gene building multiple homes through the years. She thoroughly enjoyed sewing and making clothing for her family. After the children left home, she focused on her crafts and decorating, especially for Christmastime.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Gene Miller; her parents; brother and sister-in-law David & Julie Calvert, and daughter-in-law Elizabeth Miller.

Yvonne is survived by her children, Michael Gene, daughter and son-in-law Cindy and Richard Dutch, daughter and son-in-law Russ Ann and Jeff Moore; grandchildren Casey Gene Miller, Jessica Kelly, Alyssa Deweik; seven great grandchildren; and nephew William Mullins.

The family extends their appreciation to Selennia of Divine Home Care Services for her companionship with Yvonne since Gene’s passing.

Services will be at their final resting place at a later date.
