Ray Gonzales

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Ray Gonzales, who left this world peacefully on August 22, 2025, at the age of 62. 

Ray was born on March 25, 1963, to Ted and Sandy Gonzales, and spent his life surrounded by the love of his family. He was a brother to Teddy Gonzales (wife Joann), Bonnie Stephens, and Candice Silva (husband Martin). Ray also loved his many nieces and nephews, who brought joy and pride into his life. 

He will be remembered for his kind heart, quiet strength, and love of life's simple pleasures. Ray enjoyed fishing, listening to his favorite music, and riding his electric bike - activities that gave him peace and freedom.

Though he will be deeply missed, Ray's memory will live on in our hearts. 

Celebration of Life service will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 30, at Calvary Chapel Waco, 702 N. 18th Street, Waco, with Senior Pastor Albert Fuentes and Associate Pastor David Ochoa officiating.

All that knew and loved Ray are welcome to join us in honoring his life.
