Phyllis Aleta Hulsey

Phyllis Aleta Hulsey, 80, of Waco, TX, passed away on November 28, 2025 in Waco. She was born on May 15, 1945 in Waco, TX to Forrest and Margaret Harbour.

She went to school at Midway High School in Woodway. She worked for 20 plus years at Wolf Manufacturing.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Michael Hulsey; daughter, Cynthia Duncan; sister, Shelia Mitchell.

Survivors include daughter, Natalie Wyatt and her husband Jimmy of Robinson; granddaughters, Crystal and Jeff Brown of Woodway, Kayla and Cody Johnson of Woodway; great – grandchildren, Kinley Fikes, Leevi Lawson, Kaiden Brown, Brenlee Brown, Max Johnson, and Cannon Johnson; great great -grandchildren, Teagan and Jensen Fikes; cousin, Sueann Fox; niece, Amy Young of Arkansas; and many extended family.

No services will be held at this time. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

The family requests that memorials be made to Huntington's Disease Foundation.
