Peggy Jean Harms-Clark, 73, of Lorena, passed away Friday, July 18, 2025, surrounded by loved ones.
Peggy was born December 5, 1951, to Bob and Geraldine Harms. She lived in Lorena and graduated Lorena High School in 1969. In 1987, Peggy started working at Lorena ISD. During her time there, she ran the Copy Center, drove a bus, and served as the Transportation Coordinator. She put her heart and soul into Lorena ISD and the community by volunteering and aiding anyone who needed help during her free time. When she was not helping others, she was an avid animal lover who took in every stray.
She was preceded in death by her fiancé, John Kubala; father, Robert E. Harms; mother, Geraldine Easterling Harms; brother, Bobby Harms; sister, Patsy Ross; and stepson, Jack Harper.
She is survived by sisters, Nancy Wood, Becky (Bobby) Musick; daughters, Tabitha (Dan) Hugghins, Elisha (Mike) Lorenz; step-son Mike Clark; Grandchildren, Lane Lorenz fiancé Emily Ramsey, Amy Lorenz, Billy, Steven, & Rebekah Hugghins;
Great-grandchildren, Remmy & John Lorenz; special friends, Sheryl Lynn, Marilyn & Herman Roessler; and her loyal dog, Tootsie.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, July 27, 2025, at the Masonic Lodge in Lorena at 1:00 P.M.
