During WWII, she was one of the few special-purpose welders on top-secret projects. She was an accomplished rancher, gardener, and landscape artist. She loved studying, debating, and living the Word of God.
Billie’s family would like to express many thanks to Gordon Swanson, The Delaney at Lake Waco, and caregivers, Jessica and Alexis for the love shown to Billie.
