Marcus Reyna was a beloved soul whose presence brightened the lives of all who knew him. With a heart full of kindness and a spirit that radiated warmth, Marcus had a gift for making people feel seen, heard, and deeply valued. His laughter was infectious, his wisdom boundless, and his generosity unmatched.

Marcus was the cherished son of Fernando and Hortensia Reyna. He was preceded in death by his father, Fernando, his brother, Edward, and his niece, Tina Marie and bonus son Benjamin Resendez. Though their absence left an ache in his heart, he carried their memory with love and honor.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Anna Reyna, with whom he shared 26 wonderful years of marriage—a bond built on love, resilience, and deep companionship. His beloved mother, Hortensia Reyna, remained a guiding presence in his life. Marcus’s sisters—Juanita Munoz, Rebecca Breshears and husband Timothy, Rachel Reyna, Jessica Chambers and husband Jesse, and Destiny Reyna—shared in his life’s journey, offering love and support through every moment.

Marcus was also a proud father to his children: Margarita Reyna and wife Josie, Martina Reyna, Dominick Reyna, and Elizabeth Reyna. He embraced his bonus children—Monica Vega and husband Edward, Joshua Resendez and wife Tammy, and Jason Hernandez—with equal love and devotion. His legacy extends through his grandchildren: Richard Quinones Jr., Fernando Torres, Alina Torres, Isaiah Sedillio, Nadine Aviles, and many more bonus grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren. Also, several aunts and uncles and numerous cousins that he loved. Each held a special place in his heart, bringing him joy and pride.

One of Marcus’s greatest passions was cheering for his beloved Houston sports teams. Whether it was the Houston Texans or the Astros, he celebrated their victories and endured their defeats with unwavering loyalty. His love for sports was more than just fandom—it was a reflection of his spirit, his joy, and the way he embraced life with energy and enthusiasm.

Throughout his life, Marcus was a pillar of strength for his family, a loyal friend to many, and a source of encouragement to all who crossed his path. Whether through his work, his passions, or his everyday gestures of kindness, Marcus left an indelible mark on the world.

Though his physical presence is no longer with us, his love, lessons, and legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those who cherished him. Marcus Reyna’s memory will be honored through the stories shared, the traditions kept, and the love that continues in his name.

May he rest in peace, knowing he was truly loved.
