Manuel Mendoza of Waco, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2022. A visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, November 28 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Dr., Waco. There will be a rosary at 7:00 p.m.
Manuel was born November 13, 1934 to Lee and Julia Mendoza in McGregor, Texas. He married Flora Reyes December 30, 1961. They would’ve celebrated 61 years of marriage this year. They had one son, Michael Anthony Mendoza.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Benarda Villareal, Clara Palomo and Pauline Cortez; and brother, Lee Mendoza Jr.
Manuel is survived by his wife Flora; son, Michael; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
