Lawrence "Bubba" Edward Duncan, Sr.

Lawrence Edward Duncan Sr.,aka Bubba was a man that loved big. He passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2026, with his family by his side.

Bubba was married to the love of his life Gloria Jean Duncan for 51 years. Bubba, as everyone knew him, wore many hats. He served in the Marines as a Sargent E5 for 4 years. He worked as a machine operator at General Tire for many years after that. He then attended TSTC for aviation mechanic, where he obtained a certificate. He then got his CDL and drove a truck locally, but then realized that it kept him from his family for too many hours, and he ended his work career as a Machine operator at M&M Mars where he retired from. As hard as he worked, he loved even harder, and his roll as a father of 5 is the one he took pride in along with farming. While he worked countless long hours and never complained, he managed to show up for all five of his kids.

Bubba was preceded in death by his father Lawrence Carol Duncan, mother- Mildred Louise Duncan, sister- Kathleen Lynn Duncan, sister- Jennie Carnes and brother-in- law Harold Carnes, Sr., nephew- Thomas Carnes, and great grandson- Robert Angelo Juliano.

He leaves behind his wife- Gloria Jean Duncan, son Jess Wilburn Horton, daughter- Jenny Renae Juliano and spouse Les Juliano , son- Jonathan Shane Horton and spouse Sharon Horton , daughter- Kimberly Lynn Graybill and spouse Brad Graybill, son- Lawrence Edward Duncan Jr.. Grandchildren- Heather Navarro and spouse Garrett Navarro, Jacob Horton and spouse Shelby Horton, Alisha Martinez , Alexis Garza and spouse Fidel Garza, Jennifer Lynn Horton, Jess Horton II, Whitney Amber Casarez and spouse Alex Casarez, Danielle Brooke Juliano, Shane Horton and spouse Amber Horton, Tyler Branch, Allie and spouse Andreas Pulido, Collen Abbe and spouse Hannah Porteous, Christina Lopez and spouse Jerry Silva, Ashlee Chisholm and spouse Joshua Chisholm, Erica Worcester and spouse Dylan Worcester, along with 27 great-grandchildren.
