Kelly Welch Salinas

Kelly Welch Salinas was called home to be with our Lord and Savior in the early hours of August 3, 2026. Born on August 16, 1981 to Robert Welch and Judy Haferkamp Welch. She grew up in the Waco area and attended Midway High School.

She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Welch; grandparents, WB and Helen Haferkamp.

Kelly is survived by her children, Tyler Welch of Houston and Hannah Salinas of Waco; brother, James Welch and wife Dottie of Florida; nieces, Autumn Welch and Madison Dorfman; mother, Judy Haferkamp Welch and Jill Schulte.

Kelly enjoyed attending Grace Gospel Church where she accepted God into her life. She volunteered with the food drives and any other activities to support others.

Upon Kelly’s request, there will be not be a service or memorial.
