Johnny Trevino

Johnny Trevino, 73, of Elm Mott, Texas passed away on January 30, 2026. He was born on July 3, 1952 to Jose and Andrea Trevino in Leroy, Texas.

He married the love of his life, Maria in May of 2006 after being together for many years. He enjoyed cooking out for his family, watching sports, specifically the Cowboys. He liked to go fishing in Navarro Mills and Whitney. He really enjoyed spending time with his family and friends but held a special place for the grandkids.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Andrea Trevino; sisters, Petra Perez, Paula Galva, Rita Galvan, Frances Valdez; brothers, Henry Trevino and Estevan Trevino.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Maria Trevino; his daughters, Rebecca and Melissa; several grandchildren, including Raymond, Trey, and Gabriela; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial visitation will take place from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 8 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home.
