Joan Carolyn Allen, age 91, passed away Sunday, November 2, 2025 in Waco. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 5 at Rosemound Cemetery with Pastor David Cozart officiating. There will be a visitation from 6 – 8 p.m. Tuesday, November 4 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home.
Joan was born August 15, 1934 to Charles S. and Olive Marie (Fields) Kerr in Tampa, Florida. She grew up in Florida. Joan enjoyed cosmetology and jewelry. She loved traveling and spending time in Germany and Europe. Joan enjoyed going to see movies and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Jimmy Kerr.
Joan is survived by her children, Mary Allen and Will Allen; grandchildren, Chris Allen, Gary Allen, and Morgan Allen; along with several great-grandchildren.
