Jerry Brown

Jerry Edward Brown, age 80, passed away November 16, 2021. He was born in Beaumont, Texas to E.L. and Lennie Mae Brown. Jerry graduated from University High School and attend Lamar Tech in Beaumont. He retired from The Wallace Group Engineering firm in 2008.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ed Brown.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra; sons, Mark Matthews, wife Layna and Brent Matthews; grandchildren, Kelly Matthews, Lauren Matthews, Daniel Matthews, Marnie Matthews, Jack Matthews, and Montse Matthews; niece, Carol Behringer; nephews, Rick Brown, Terry Brown and Chris Brown.

A memorial is planned at a later date. If desired, contributions may be made to the Waco Humane Society or a charity of choice.
