Filomena R Aleman

Filomena R. Aleman, 88, of Waco, TX, passed away Friday, August 14, 2026. Visitation will be 6:00pm– 8:00pm, Wednesday, August 19, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home. Filomena will also be available for viewing on Thursday, from 9:00am to 4:00pm, at the funeral home. Graveside services will be 11:00am, Friday, August 21, at Oakwood Cemetery, with Manuel Herrera, Jr. officiating.

Filomena was born November 14, 1937, in Sutherland Springs to Bisente A. Ramirez and Irenia Barro Ramirez.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Felix Aleman; daughter, Anita Jacinto; son, Billy Rodriguez; sisters, Angleti “Helen” R. Herrera, Martina R. Gallardo, Dominga R. Prado, and brothers, Andres Ramirez, Bisente Ramirez, Jr., Francisco Ramirez and Juan Ramirez.

Filomena is survived by her sons, Johnny Rodriguez and Allen Rodridguez; sister, Felicitas “Faye” R. Frias; grandchildren, Annamarie, Teresa, Mingo, Lisa, Steven, Charlie, Janice, Bradley, Justin, Billy, Jr., Anita and Amanda; and her great-grandchildren, Nickolas, Patricia, Patrick, Jr., Aureluis, and many more great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Troy Ramirez, Sr., Domingo Torres, Sr., Gabriel Morales, Nickolas Rodriguez, Sr., Patrick Nevarez, Jr., and Aurelius Torres.
