Dorothy Nell Schaeper

Dorothy Nell Schaeper, age 91, of Robinson, passed away Sunday, July 19, 2026. Born on October 23, 1934 to Currens Hunter Williams and Willie Mae (Spencer) Williams in Waco, Texas. She was born and raised in Waco and attended Waco schools. Dorothy married Earl Dean ‘Dick’ Schaeper on September 8, 1951in Waco. After marriage she moved to Robinson where Earl was a life-long farmer. She was an active member at St. John’s United Church of Christ. Dorothy worked at American Banker’s Insurance Co for many years and later retired from TSTC. In her spare time, she enjoyed watching or listening to sports and she loved to travel.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Earl Schaeper; sister, Virginia Harris; brothers, Ray Williams and Eugene Williams.

Dorothy is survived by her daughters, Cynthia Schaeper Grisham and Susan Schaeper Sturgeon, both of Robinson; grandchildren, Lauren Murdock Fratto and husband Joey, Derek Murdock and wife Dixie; Kimberly Grisham Sturdevant and husband Roger, Sarah Grisham Monthie and husband Shaun, Katherine Grisham Azbell and husband Billy; great-grandchildren, India, Theodore, Hunter, Emberlee, Joseph, Samuel, Isabella, Noah, and Lillie.
