Donna Lynn Griffen, 65, of McGregor, passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2022 in Waco, TX.
A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at Trinity Lutheran Church at Badger Ranch, 2 Ritchie Road, Woodway, TX.
Donna was born in La Rochelle, France on September 29, 1957 to Mattie Pearl (Harrison) and Lonnie Eugene Hayslip.
Donna was a lifelong animal lover with a big heart. She will be missed dearly by everyone, including her beloved dog, Jazmine. She married Michael Griffen on May 20, 1995. They shared a full life together until the very end and truly enjoyed their time together in the mountains of Washington State.
Donna is preceded in death by her father, Lonnie Hayslip and her mother, Mattie Hayslip.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Griffen; son, David A. Hayslip and his wife, Hope; brother, David C. Hayslip and his wife, Janice; niece, Dawna Pollock and her husband, Jordon; along with several grand-nephews.
