Donald L. Ashley, 83, of Waco, TX, passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2022. A Celebration of Life will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Drive, Waco.
Donald was born September 22, 1939, in Whitney, TX, to Leon and Maggie (Sessums) Ashley. He was a graduate of University High School in Waco. He enjoyed watching drag racing, listening to music and drawing house plans. Donald worked as an estimator at Alamo Steel and retired from Iron Horse Iron Works. He also repaired and renovated homes.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Maggie Ashley; his son, Scott Alan Ashley.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Ashley and daughter, Suzanne Ashley.
