Dale Maricle

Dale Louis Maricle, age 64, of Eddy, TX passed away Friday, May 23, 2025 at his home.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at Cego Cemetery (468 County Road 463S, Eddy, TX 76524) with Paul Moore officiating.

Dale was born July 15, 1960 in Dallas, TX. He attended and graduated from Bruceville-Eddy High School. To the grandkids he was known as Papa, but to friends and family he was known as a farmer. Dale’s life was centered around farming, hunting, and the last couple of years raising sheep. He never turned down a casual conversation and always appreciated a good laugh.

Dale is preceded in death by father, Alvin Maricle, daughter-in-law, Jamie Maricle and granddaughter, Tayte Maricle.

Survivors include his sons, Alan Maricle and wife Adrienne, Aaron Maricle and wife Sidney; grandchildren, Grady, Tynlee and Whitley; mother, Patricia Maricle; sister, Judy Goble and husband Charley; and many cousins, relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Falls County Youth Fair (mailed to 170 CR 469, Eddy, TX 76524) , as Dale enjoyed watching his grandkids show, as well as the Cego Cemetery (Care of Edward Herrington, 301 County Road 463S, Eddy, TX 76524)
