Cervando Joe Reyes III

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Cervando J. Reyes III, who departed this life on June 6, 2026, at the age of 41.

Cervando was a devoted husband, loving father, cherished son, and loyal friend. He will be remembered for his kind heart, strength, sense of humor, and the love he shared with those around him. His greatest joy in life was his family. 

He leaves behind his beloved wife, Jessica M. Reyes, and their miracle son, Cervando J. Reyes IV, who brought immeasurable happiness and purpose to his life. 

He is also survived by his father, Cervando Reyes Jr., and stepmother, Nina Reyes; his mother, Rebecca Pecina, and her husband, Kenneth Tucker. Cervando was deeply loved by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends whose lives were touched by his presence. 

Though his time with us was far too short, the memories he created and the love he shared will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. His legacy will continue through his family and the countless lives he influenced with his compassion, generosity, and unwavering love.

 Cervando will be greatly missed but never forgotten. As we mourn his passing, we also celebrate the life he lived and the lasting impact he made on everyone fortunate enough to know him. "Those we love don't go away; they walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday June 19, 2026 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home.
