C. Lois Marchbanks

C. Lois (Harris) Marchbanks, age 64, of Waco, peacefully passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2026 surrounded by her family. There will be a visitation with viewing from 3:00-5:00 p.m. Sunday, February 22nd at Pecan Grove Funeral Home.

Lois was born October 19, 1961 to Lloyd and Inez (Chisum) Harris in Waco, Texas. She married William ‘Mike’ Marchbanks on November 20, 1981, sharing a content life of almost 45 years together. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, crafting projects, homemaking, and spending time with her daughters.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Inez Harris; brother, Troy Riggs; and sister, Mattie Lefever.

Lois is survived by Mike Marchbanks of Waco, daughters, Celina Easterling (Adam) of Centerville, and Jessica Jacobus of Waco. Five grandchildren, Catie Owens (Dustin), Sarah Gunnels (James), Adam Easterling Jr. (Lesly), Alana Escobedo, Alyssa Escobedo and five great-grandchildren. Sisters, Stella Barkalow, Nora Hammonds, Joyce Stewart (Dave), and brother James Riggs (Bona) and numerous nieces and nephews.
