Carole Ceciele Bartasek

Carole Ceciele Bartasek went to join the Lord on Saturday, March 14, 2026. She was cared for in her final days by the staff at Hewitt Senior Care.

Carole was born April 18,1939 in Bayshore, New York to Otto Yens Bartasek and Eleanor Bohmermann. Carole attended various schools on Long Island, NY before enlisting in the United States Army in 1957 and was honorably discharged in April 1960 having earned a Good Conduct Medal.

Carole earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Education degree from Sul Ross State University. She taught and coached sports at Reicher Catholic High School for many years. She then opened and operated the Red Fire Hydrant Kennels and Grooming business for many years.

Carole attended St Jerome Catholic Church. She is survived by her many clients and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Pecan Grove Funeral Home in Robinson, Texas on Tuesday March 24, 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with a pause in visitation at 6:00 PM for the rendering of Military Honors.
