Today we mourn the passing of Brendon Contreras. Born December 31st, 1992 in Fresno, California which he never failed to mention with pride. He moved to Texas at a young age but never left behind the love he had for his life in California. Listening to E-40, Bone Thugz, or even ICP, you were almost always guaranteed to be greeted with a smile and the warm sensation of love. He was truly an original make. A verified 1 of a kind individual who never once tried to satisfy the opinions of others. He loved his family, 3 brothers, 2 sisters, his mother, Elizabeth Farias, and his father, Rigoberto Contreras. If you knew Brendon then you knew the darkness he lived with every day. Despite that he had his own way of making sure everyone knew that he loved them. He loved nobody in this world, however, as much as he loved his son. He gave everything he could for that boy. He had a light in his eyes around his son that brought joy to the ones who loved him. Brendon Contreras was an amazing person deserving of far more love than this life had given. We end today hoping the world has given you peace. Father, brother, son, and greatest of all friend to many. We will miss you. We have loved you. We'll meet you at the crossroads brother.
