Brenda Kay Rabbe

Brenda Kay Rabbe, age 68, went to be with the Lord on January 27, 2026.

She was born on April 25, 1957, in Robinson, TX, where she grew up in a Lutheran household, attending church, playing sports, and riding horses. She was voted Miss Congeniality in high school and had many friends! She was an all-star volleyball player and cheerleader. She later attended TSTC, where she majored in Farm and Ranch Management and landed a job on the Tippie Ranch, a 35,000-acre cattle ranch in Prairie Hill. When she wasn’t horseback she was in the classroom as a substitute teacher in Groesbeck. She loved helping people and animals alike. Her true passion was riding and training horses, just like her father, carrying on a connection and tradition that meant the world to her.

Brenda’s greatest love, however, was her family. She was preceded in death by her father, Lyndol Rabbe, and is survived by her children, Billy Bob Pittman and wife Maria, Dakota Pittman, and Dusty Greene; her brother, Brad Rabbe and wife Sandra; and her mother, Corrine Rabbe. She also leaves behind an expected granddaughter, Olivia Pittman, along with many friends, extended family members, and animals whose lives were touched by her care and love.

Her legacy lives on in the family she loved so much and the memories that will continue to bring smiles for years to come. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
