Blaz Andrew Salazar

Blaz Andrew Salazar Jr., 52, of Downsville, TX, passed away on May 05, 2026 in Temple, Texas. He was born in Waco, Texas to Blas Salazar Sr. and Adela Salazar on May 20, 1973. He was married to Jennifer Salazar for 31 years.

He went to school at Robinson High School in Robinson, Texas. He graduated from Robinson High School. He worked as a Rancher/Cowboy for 40+ years.

Blaz Andrew Salazar Jr. was preceded in death by Blas Salazar Sr.,Guadalupe “Lee” Salazar, Matiana Salazar, Audelia Vera.

Survivors include his wife, Jennifer Salazar; His Daughter, Misty Salazar and Husband Colt Kilgo; His sons, Ty Salazar and Marshall Salazar; his Daughter, Elana Salazar; Sister, Andie Tingle and Husband David Tingle; brother, Tim Salazar and Wife Shanda Salazar; Mother, Adela Salazar; and his Grandchildren, Selena Salazar-Jones, Riley Kilgo, Jasper Kilgo. Along with his nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20th, 2026, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Dr, Waco TX 76706.

Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20th, 2026 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home with the Luis Salazar officiating. Burial will follow at Santa Cruz Cemetery .

Memorials and flowers may be sent to Pecan Grove.
