Andrea Estrada

Andrea "Nena" Estrada, 84, of Waco, passed away at her home Monday, March 1, 2010. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, March 4, at Saint Francis Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 6 to 7 p.m. with a Rosary from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Dr.
Andrea was born Nov. 30, 1925, to Leon and Fransica Navarez in Corpus Christi. She resided in Waco as a child and moved to Chicago, Ill., where she met the love of her life, Fortunato Estrada, and they were married for 58 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Carmen Estrada; and sons, Freddy Rosales, Edward Estrada, and Jesse Rosales.
Andrea is survived by her loving husband, Fortunato Estrada; two daughters, Gloria Fuentes and husband, Edward, and Julia Deleon and husband, Jose Luis; six sons, Mario Estrada, David Estrada and wife, Anita, Ralph Estrada and wife, Eva, all of Waco, Joe Estrada and wife, Therese, Frank Estrada and wife, Doreen, of Chicago, and Rudy Rosales of Dallas; 17 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and her last remaining sister, Suzie Elizondo and husband, Jessie, of Chicago.
Her sons will serve as pallbearers.
