Willie Mae Francis Myers, 83, of Waco, passed away Tuesday, April 6, 2021.
Willie Mae was born February 9, 1938, in Girvin, TX, to Isaac and Ellie Lee Monk. She was the owner and operator of K-9 Kreations Dog Grooming in Waco for 24 years until her retirement. She enjoyed gardening and photography. She married Royce Myers in August 1982.
Willie Mae was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Douglas McArthur Monk; sister, Bonnie Dell Day; sons, Richard Alan Dyer and Melvin Ray Dyer; granddaughter, Rusti Ann Ross; and great-granddaughter, Aralyn Mae Whitehouse.
She is survived by her husband, Royce Myers; sister, Penny Sherman of Arlington, TX; brother, Skip Hicks and wife Donna of NV; son, Ronnie Dyer and wife Deanne of Fowler, CA; daughter, Dorothy Hinds of Waco, TX, daughter, Kathy James and husband Roy of Waco, TX, daughter and caregiver, Teri Dickerson of Waco, TX; granddaughters, Amber Dyer and fiancé Greg Jefferson of Waco, Jessica Colwell and husband Joseph of Waco; and Stacey Dyer of CA; grandsons, Gregor Ross of CA, and Chris Fournell of NV; along with seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Interim Hospice.
