I worked with Paula at American Income many years ago. She was one of those special people you never forget. She cooked a wonderful Hobo Stew for us when our second daughter was born. She gave me the recipe and I still have it and think of her when I cook it! I lost touch with her once we moved but I have never forgotten her kindness and friendship when I worked with her. I am so sorry for your loss and pray that God will give you peace and strength during this time.

I was honored to have known Paula and had her as a part of our family. She was a very loving and considerate person. My brother Larry loved her so much and she really made his life worth living. They seemed to have a special relationship that few people have. I never heard Paula complain about anything. She would always try to see the good in everything and everybody. Her funeral service today was a great tribute to her and her life. I am very glad that I was able to attend. We will miss her, but some day we will see her again.

I worked with Paula at American Income almost 40 years. She worked numerous hours on reports, coming in early and staying late at the office. She was always very polite and had a wonderful sense of humor. She was the coordinator of the games and contests we had, especially during the Christmas season. Her claim to fame is her and Elvis Presley shared the same birthday! I missed her when she retired, but all good things must come to an end...but we will see her again one day. May God surround Paula's family with love, comfort and blessings in the days to come. -- Pat Nevarez
