Patricia Dempsey

Patricia Dempsey, 79, of Waco went to be with her Lord and Savior after a battle with cancer Tuesday, February 28, 2023. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, March 6, 2023, at Chapel Hill Memorial Park, Waco. The family will receive visitors from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, March 5th at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Dr., Waco.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; husband, sweetheart, and best friend, Gene Dempsey; son, Gene Jr; her sisters; and son-in-law, Clay Brown.

Patricia is survived by her daughter, Nena Carter and husband Cris; daughter, Cheryl Brown; five grandchildren; and many loving great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers a memorial may be made in Patricia’s name to her church she loved, Turning Point Church, 2708 N. Robinson Dr., Waco, TX.
