On February 14, 2021 Nancy Sue Bennett got her wings and went to walk with the angels. She was 70 years old.
Nancy was born in Waco, Texas on August 10th, 1950 to Jim Chittum and Sadie Freedman. Nancy loved making all types of arts and crafts for Trade Shows and Craft Fairs all around Central Texas. Most of all she loved her family and spending time with them.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jim Chittum; and brother, Jimmy Don Chittum.
Nancy is survived by her mother, Sadie Freedman; sisters, Wanda Walker, Doris Jones; brother, Billy Chittum; children, Jennie Bennett, Teresa Shannon, Carla Hudson and husband Clay, Carl Bennett and wife Trista; 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, February 24th at Pecan Grove Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, February 25th at Robinson Cemetery.
