“My real father was killed just before my 14th birthday. After that, two men (my Uncle Joe Fernandez and, my Brother In Law Billy Tankersley) took it upon themselves to help my Mom raise me by offering their time / support as loving role models. I don’t know what would have become of me if not for these two men helping and guiding me through my early developmental years.

Joe was a wonderful person. He showed me how to change my life around and better myself. He knew I didn't have any family and acted like a father I deserved in my life. He was the best person that came into my life 10 years ago and he never left my side. My condolences to his family and appreciation to his wife for having such a wonderful husband. He is now an angel in heaven watching over us. No more suffering Joe
