Harding Fabianke

Harding R. Fabianke, 86, of Waco, Texas, passed away Saturday, February 5, 2022. Harding was born February 6, 1935 to Adolph and Evaline Fabianke in Otto, Texas. He attended schools in Otto and Marlin. He served in the U.S. Army and was a veteran of the Korean War. Harding retired from General Tire.

Harding loved his family. He was a Colonel in the Confederate Air Force where he spent years restoring and maintaining his A26 (Spirit of Waco). He also enjoyed family camping trips.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 51 years, Patsy Fabianke; son, Don Fabianke; grandsons, Ricky Fabianke, Terry Fabianke, and Ryan Fabianke; sister, Shirlene; brothers, Clarence, Harvey and Ervin.

Harding is survived by his children, son, Ricky Fabianke and wife Donna; son, Michael Fabianke and wife Janetta; son, Steve Fabianke and wife Janet; daughter, Kathy Cooksey and husband Craig. He had ten grandchildren and multiple great-grandchildren.

A memorial service for Harding will be held Friday, February 11, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. at Pecan Grove Funeral Home in Waco, Texas.
