Gina Bond

Gina Bond, 74 of Waco, TX, passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2021. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 27, at Waco Memorial Park, 6623 I-35, Waco, TX. The family will receive visitors from 6 – 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 26, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Drive, Waco, TX.
Gina was born August 22, 1946 in Waco, TX to R.D. and Winnie McCutcheon Fisher.
She enjoyed trail rides, camping, the outdoors and dancing. She spent most of her retirement from M & M Mars making things for others. She loved life, family, her eight grandkids and two great-grandkids who all called her MeMaw. She never knew a stranger and was the shining light of life for many. Gina was a great cook who knew how to feed an army at Thanksgiving and Christmas, making the best green bean casserole, dressing and pies.
Gina was preceded in death by her sisters, Tina and Janice. She is survived by her soul mate of 30 years Robert Songer; her three brothers, Steve, Ronnie and Danny; sisters, Jean, Mollie, Pat and Linda; her son, Billy Bond; Robert’s daughters, Bobbie and Brandie; along with her eight grandkids and two great-grandkids.
She will be loved and missed by everyone.
