Esperansa Jimenez

Esperansa Guardiola Jimenez, 86, peacefully passed away on January 01, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jose Luis Jimenez Sr. and her parents Julio Guardiola and Andrea Martinez Guardiola and several siblings.

She was born in Rosebud, TX on February 14, 1934. She lived in Waco, TX. Esperansa and Jose were married for 62 wonderful years. She was a stay at home mom to seven children and always enjoyed caring for her grandchildren.

She attended First Spanish Assembly of God church in Waco, TX. for 41 years, under the ministry of Pastor Frank Alvarado Sr. She loved to help in any way she could and always a faithful servant to the church.
She enjoyed going on long drives with her husband, Jose and going out to eat.
She will be remembered for being a great and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved to cook for her family. We especially enjoyed the tacos and refried beans. She especially enjoyed cooking during the holidays and spending time with loved ones
.
She is survived by her seven children: Robert Sedillo Sr., wife Toni, Amelia Gonzalez, husband Manuel, John Sedillo, wife Alba, Dora Martinez, husband Adam, Joe Jimenez Jr., wife Gloria, Mary Jane Luna, husband Oscar, Mary Ann Guerrero, husband David, 24 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

She will be dearly missed.
