Betty Lou Spencer, 81, of Waco, TX, passed away Thursday, May 20, 2021. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 26, at Waco Memorial Park, 6623 South Interstate 35, with Dr. Cary Killough officiating.
Betty was born August 25, 1939 to Arrie and Ruby Conner Gill. She worked at Baylor University Airforce ROTC for over 31 years. She was a longtime member of Meadowbrook Baptist Church.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Edwin Spencer; son, Stewart Spencer; granddaughter Elizabeth Sheppard and husband Marc; and great-grandson Gray Sheppard.
